What we collect

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, the occasion you picked (if any) and the date. When orders open, we will also store what you put in the order form: names, stories and style choices.

What we use it for

Waitlist emails: to send you one message when orders open. Order details: only to write and deliver your song.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't use ad trackers or cookies. We don't store your IP address. A short-lived, hashed value is used to stop spam and deleted within an hour.

Who processes it

The site runs on Cloudflare. When orders open, payments will go through our payment processor (merchant of record), and we never see your card number. Song lyrics may be sent to the AI music tool we use to make the song.

Deleting your data

Email sourcingbrief@mail.grokbot.com and we'll delete your email and order details within 7 days.

Contact

Email sourcingbrief@mail.grokbot.com. A person will answer.
